The first menu selection in the Ministries section of the program opens a window to let Shared Ministry Coordinator to enter Ministry information into the program. In this screen Ministry leaders can be assigned; a Youth and Vulnerable Adult requirement flag can be set; meeting dates and locations can be set; a Ministry description, or any other relevant information about the Ministry can be entered. See the Ministry Data screen, below.
If your place of worship uses a Ministry Sign-up program, that screen is found in this menu.
