What kind of clients do you provide service for?
We provide service to residential, home office and small business clients. By small business clients, we mean business clients with no more than 15 or so workstations
Do you do on-site service?
We provide on-site service for all of our clients, including our residential clients. However, if you want to just drop off a computer for service, that's all right, too.
Often times, if a service call appears to be rather lengthy, we'll suggest to all of our clients that we take the PC back to our office for repair. The reason for this is that, many of the things we do in diagnosing or servicing a PC take a lot of time. Rather than sitting there watching a program run, if the PC is in our office, we can start the program and then go do something else. This helps keep those repair charges from getting too high.

What about networks?
We do networking, too. Both wired and wireless. We can install the network, set up each computer to access the network, install networked applications, map drives, etc.
